Program Format
This will be a case study format, with CEO, Michael Dougherty, presenting the “case,” that is, the key issues he is dealing with/concerned about. Then, our Moderator, David Evans, will lead the group in a discussion, seeking your suggestions and recommendations. It’s your chance to be a “Board Member for a Night.”

Michael Dougherty (Stanford GSB ’88) has been Chairman & CEO of Kindermusik International since December, 1996.  In 2002, Dougherty, along with his fellow employees, bought the company through a leveraged ESOP from the 96 equity owners. Kindermusik now has 27 employee owners dedicated to bringing music into the lives of children everywhere.
